I found Cyprus to be the perfect holiday location with the scenic sandy beaches and versatile culture there. The climate is suitable too. The country has  plains in the center and mountains to the north and south coast is a mix of plains and mountains. Population consists of Greek Orthodox, with Muslim minority.

You can sit on the beaches for long hours watching the waves ,getting down into water that is clean and fresh and cool breeze in summer  and everyday of year you get good sunshine on the beaches.

Cuisine of Cyprus is very delicious and exotic with varied a wine made from the fruits like strawberries ,melons ,citrus and grapes. The food contains salads ,meats ,chicken, fish, soups, grills ,pastry and vegetable. At hotel Chinese ,Italian ,French and Indian foods are served. Oil used for cooking food is basically the Olive oil .Baked food ,honey soaked buns, brandy and other Greek food are also some of the tasty dishes of Cyprus.

Cypriot meze (appetizers akin to Spanish tapas) and  Halloumi is a uniquely Cypriot cheese, made from a mix of cow’s and sheep’s milk. Hard and salty when raw, it mellows  are favorite among restaurants.
